Vigna dell’Impero 2019
Vintage Notes
It was a regular vintage, temperatures in the normal range, there were fair rains during the spring phase, at regular intervals, every 15 days rainfall of 30-40mm. We had sunny weeks with temperatures in the normal range of 25 degrees during the day and 18 degrees at night, this allowed important sugar accumulation. The summer season showed itself in all its intensity, leading to a very sunny September with very little rain, albeit with some humidity. The Sangiovese was very interesting, with excellent tannic texture and extremely elegant, giving very balanced wines with good freshness and beautiful concentration.
